CIMA and FFMC are again collaborating in bringing professional musicians to CMS Jazz program. Saxophonist/flutist John Rekevics, trumpeter Derek Cannon & bassist Glen Fisher will work with the students for 4 days, 2 hours each day, getting them ready for a Jazz concert the public will be able to enjoy. The concert will start with the professionals Derek Cannon, John Rekevics, Mark Massey on keyboard, Glen Fisher on bass, and Marvin 'Smitty' Smith on drums playing a set. Those are some of the greatest Jazz musicians in the world and I know the kids and parents will be blown away! ENJOY!!!
